A simple country wedding

Of course I wanted to design and make my own wedding dress, I started a number of prototypes but this was the one I ended up with.  Simple, cream colored with a renaissance feel

The dress was in two parts  – the outer part was constructed from a vintage silk dress for the 1950’s.  I took it apart and remade it into something just for me.

I also made my hubby’s vest and pants.  And my bouquet!
